My Life As An Imagineer

My Life as an Imagineer came from a request from Walt Disney Imagineering’s HR team for a branded event where employees could meet their HR partners to discover the many benefits they provided. What came of this was a two-day event where Imagineers would make their way from the entrance of the event to various stations discovering all the benefits that were available to them. The event was inspired by the board game “Life” The event used digital signage to help the participants along their path, there was also a variety of printed media providing valuable information. There were even gifts for participants.

Leading up to the event the onsite cafeteria handed out branded promotional coasters reminding employees of the upcoming event. mouse pads as take away from the event. Along with these items, the event had digital signage that helps the participants navigate throughout the various stations.
